To enable the foundation to help the local community they must raise £75,000 over the next year and with your help 100% of the funds will be distributed back into the community.  The foundation will help people during illness, who may be lonely or vulnerable or supporting an individual to inspire them to reach their goals and dreams. Simply helping people from deprived backgrounds and making a difference.

Link Radio - The Residents Radio Service 1984 - 2009 and ongoing. Link Radio is a radio service for the residents in sheltered housing in the Castle Point, Rochford and Billericay areas of Essex, providing a service for in excess of 24 homes. Run by volunteers, who give their time in abundance and allways with great enthusiasm. The service runs 24hrs a day 7 days a week 52 weeks of the year. When a live show is not being transmitted there is a wealth of pre- recorded programmes to choose from. The content of the programmes is aimed at the age group of the residents (55yrs and over ) Music that they remember from their childhood and youth, and talk show topics that they have an interest in. Gardening and Story time always seem to be popular. Local opeople are also invited in to talk on local topics.
