We understand that abstaining from drugs and alcohol is just the beginning of building a new life free from addiction; therefore Changes provides services that support the whole recovery journey - from dependence to independence. We provide a detox service, community based rehabilitation, supported and move on housing and opportunities to gain accredited qualifications, volunteering and work experience. Service users at the beginning of their recovery journey are supported 24 hours a day by qualified staff and our specially trained volunteer peer mentors. They also have access to our Recovery Academy which, over an eight week full time course, begins to build the knowledge and skills that service users need in order to maintain their recovery, build a personal recovery support network (including mutual aid groups) and learn to live life to the full. Changes staff and volunteers are passionate people - we all consider it a privilege to work with people in recovery - and we know that we can help those looking for a new life beyond drugs and alcohol.

Disability Sports Coach are the leading provider of high quality sporting and physical activity opportunities for disabled people in the UK. Since we formed in 2005, we have delivered sport to more than 80,000 disabled people, supported over 300 organisations in providing sport or physical activity and trained over 6,000 aspiring disability sports coaches.  We do this by providing coaching and specialist training to mainstream schools, special schools, clubs, charities & other professional organisations. We also deliver a series of Community Clubs in London for disabled people aged 11 and older, focusing on Adapted and Paralympic sports. Inspired by his long term partner during one of his daily visits to the spinal unit, Marrianne’s partner Andy decided they should start a trust.  A trust that would not only mirror Marrianne’s desire for progress, but a trust that would help her to reach goals and ultimately help others who have been affected by the devastation that spinal cord injury brings. In 2005 The Rooprai Spinal Trust was born, a completely voluntary organisation. Today we offer 'scholarships' to others with Spinal Cord Injury to participate in active based physio and Marrianne's progress continues to inspire many.
