We understand that abstaining from drugs and alcohol is just the beginning of building a new life free from addiction; therefore Changes provides services that support the whole recovery journey - from dependence to independence. We provide a detox service, community based rehabilitation, supported and move on housing and opportunities to gain accredited qualifications, volunteering and work experience. Service users at the beginning of their recovery journey are supported 24 hours a day by qualified staff and our specially trained volunteer peer mentors. They also have access to our Recovery Academy which, over an eight week full time course, begins to build the knowledge and skills that service users need in order to maintain their recovery, build a personal recovery support network (including mutual aid groups) and learn to live life to the full. Changes staff and volunteers are passionate people - we all consider it a privilege to work with people in recovery - and we know that we can help those looking for a new life beyond drugs and alcohol.

Disability Sports Coach are the leading provider of high quality sporting and physical activity opportunities for disabled people in the UK. Since we formed in 2005, we have delivered sport to more than 80,000 disabled people, supported over 300 organisations in providing sport or physical activity and trained over 6,000 aspiring disability sports coaches.  We do this by providing coaching and specialist training to mainstream schools, special schools, clubs, charities & other professional organisations. We also deliver a series of Community Clubs in London for disabled people aged 11 and older, focusing on Adapted and Paralympic sports.   STEM4 supports the mental health of young people in an ever more challenging world by targeting the early identification of commonly occurring mental illnesses. STEM4 educates teenagers, their friends, families or carers and their schools to recognise early signs of Eating Disorders, Depression, Self Harm and Addiction and, as a consequence, to know what appropriate action to take. STEM4 works directly with schools and through its comprehensive website.  STEM4 provides: schools workshops; help for teachers with school policy and guidelines; comprehensive handouts which are downloadable from our website; supervision for school staff and health team; annual school conferences. STEM4’s comprehensive website for young people, their friends and families offers information on signs and symptoms to look out for, practical advice on steps to take and where to go for help.
