The Aspiring Leaders Diploma programme is geared to more junior level managers, focussed towards the lnstitute of Hospitality's Level 3 Diploma. The Trustees have been delighted to note the positive benefit of increased motivation toward the industry and, particularly, retention of junior managers within the industry as a result of having taken part in these programmes.
