You are my Sunshine (YAMS) is a Mental Health Support, Advice and Therapy Hub based in Brannock High School, Newarthill set up in memory of 29 year old Gemma Jones who lost her life due to poor mental health. We support people suffering from trauma, grief, loss and mental health difficulties through free mental health education courses, signposting and one to one support. As we expand and grow, we will offer counselling, life coaching, relaxation therapy and individual or group discussions. We are a small hub with a huge heart and we plan on making a big difference. As Gemma would say #alwaysbekind "Do small things with great love and you'll make a big difference".
