We help people to express their emotions concerning their loss, e.g. grief, anger, shame and that leads to sessions on acceptance, forgiveness and letting go.We offer a safe place where clients who find themselves with an unplanned pregnancy can talk through their situation and the different options, so that they can make an informed choice. We offer befriending and support through pregnancy, and can source free good quality second-hand baby clothes, if required. We can also provide a birth partner if needed.We offer support with other pregnancy related issues eg Pre & Post Natal Depression and infertility.
