We provide support and assistance for families within Southend-on-Sea and the surrounding areas from as soon as they discover there are additional needs. We hold a monthly drop in session at Summercourt Children centre on the first Friday of every month from 9.30am to 11.30am. In addition we offer activities throughout the school holidays and provide suitable events for families whilst offering them the chance to socialise with other likewise families where they can benefit from receiving advice and support from one another, as well as potentially creating new friendships within a circle of support. Rasing funds for Peep Pre-school garden We would like to raise funds for the Peep Pre-school garden, to replace the worn grassed area with rubber safety flooring. This will enable the children to access the garden whatever the weather. Being outdoors supports confidence and allows opportunities for big scale play, problem-solving and creativity in the company of other children. In order raise money for the Pre-school garden Sally’s children, will be running the Oxford half marathon on Sunday 9th October. We will be cheering them on from the side-lines!
