If you feel as strongly as we do that research is urgently needed to find a cause and a cure, then please join us.We are The Fibroduck Foundation. We exist for one purpose: to raise funds for UK-based biomedical research into Fibromyalgia syndrome. We also believe that research progresses faster when scientists and patients collaborate, so we aim to provide an environment in which this can happen. By very visibly raising money and supporting scientists, we hope to kick start a whole programme of research in this country. But, we can’t do this alone. We need the patient community to mobilise behind this effort. We need patient power. We need to raise £26,000 for our first research project. We are absolutely serious about launching biomedical research into Fibromyalgia in this country. Come and join us. Welford and Wickham CE Primary School is a small community school of 96 children. The Friends of Welford and Wickham School PTFA raises much needed funds to improve school facilities. The outdoor space available to the children is limited and our ongoing effort is to make better use of this space to enable whole-year use, regardless of weather. To complete the project this year, we plan to upgrade the current grassed section to an all-weather area with amphitheatre style steps to improve safety and allow more useable space for the children. We are also raising funds towards new IT equipment for our school. Charity No: 1114025
