We run 3 lunch clubs, and help facilitate other groups in the area, that provide a range of activities such as seated exercises, arts , craft and music as well as enjoy a hot meal in a sociable, relaxed and friendly environment. Many problems suffered by the elderly stem from loneliness and isolation, and a day out mixing with others can make a really positive impact on the quality of their lives.
