The King Sturge 1760 Charity Appeal launched in our 250th year provides a real opportunity to help others in society who are less fortunate and, by raising money to provide care for people today and for research into disease it will help others in the future. All funds raised in 2010 will be split between the main corporate charities; The Children's Trust and Orchid who will each receive 40% while the remaining 20% is divided between a number of national and local charities elected for our appeal year. Lifeline Energy remains a registered 501 (c)(3) tax-exempt charity in the USA, a registered charity in the UK and is a Section 18A and 21 non-profit in South Africa. Under its new name, Lifeline Energy retains all board members in the USA, UK, and South Africa, as well as its ambassadors: Tom Hanks in America, Mount Everest and South Pole trekker Sibusisu Vilane in Africa, and noted humanitarian Terry Waite in Europe.

On the 5th of June The Bravanese centre in Muswell Hill, which houses our organisation, had suffered from an arson attack,which has completely destroyed the centre.This had a big impact on our community, we have not just lost a centre but we have lost 20 years worth of memories, materials and data.
The two free performances of The Life of Christ at Glastonbury Abbey are produced to inspire Christian understanding offering entertainment and education. The three hour open air play starts with the Annunciation and concludes with the Ascension. Any donations are gratefully received.
