Friends of Luton Youth Music is a charity set up to support young musicians in the local area. We are a group of parent volunteers who raise funds and awareness to help support the work of Luton music service, especially instrumental teaching and ensemble groups which take place out of school hours. We do this by providing instruments, offering bursaries to a promising student or those who’s parent struggle to pay but do not get free school meals, purchasing music and instruments, organising concerts from promoting, selling tickets, designing programmes and serving refreshments.
