(UK, SCO25522) Browse eventsThank you for visiting our profile page on MyDonate. From 1945 until today, thousands of taxi drivers have donated their time and effort to make the “Outing Fund” the annual success that it is. Most of the drivers don fancy dress costumes, much to the delight of the children and the people who line the route through Glasgow and in Troon itself. The effort that goes into “dressing” the Taxis has to be seen to be believed and we hope that the images on this site will give you an insight into the work that is involved. Our sincere thanks to the drivers who make a lot of children very happy indeed.

(UK, 1129034) Browse eventsHigh Street Methodist Church, Witney has launched a project to develop a Children and Young People Centre in Witney. The centre will enable a much needed expansion of existing services and will facilitate new service offerings across a wide age range, helping young people move from childhood to adulthood. High Street Methodist Church is already a prominent community building in the centre of Witney. Used by many people throughout the community it is already a hub for community events, a meeting place for community organisations and home for some local charities. Unknown by many, the church also owns the building behind the church that is between the church building and Hacketts. Used in recent years by the King's School as their senior school, it is now becoming vacant and we see this project as a way of revitalising that building and making it another community hub with a particular emphasis on children and young people.
