The Manuel Bravo Project is a Leeds-based charity that provides legal assistance forasylum seekers who cannot access Legal Aid. We specialise in providing a bespoke trauma-aware service for refugees. In addition to our general casework, we offer a specialised service for survivors of gender-based violence.Without the Project’s support, vulnerable asylum seekers would be forced to present their case themselves in court, often with little or no knowledge of the English legal system. We believe that asylum is a human right and that everyone should have fair andfree access to justice. Your support helps us keep fighting for refugees' rights. A small amount of money makes a huge difference to a volunteer-centred organisation such as ours and every penny you donate has a real and meaningful impact on the lives of people who have nowhere else to turn. In existence since 1895 ECSC is now supporting around 500 swimmers from first strokes in recreational swimming through to competitive swimming at a National and International level in both Pool and open water events. A focus on healthy sporting development and assisting young people in finding confidence in and out of the water whilst supporting competitive swimmers right through the age ranges with our Masters Squad. Our swimmers benefit from a structured individual training programme whether they are part of our 'Learn To Swim' lessons or 'Performance' squad. In a time where body image and child obesity is commonly featured in the media we are proud to have a diversity of youngsters with exceptionally healthy outlooks on life and glad to defy many stereo types within sport. Swimmers compete as individuals and regularly as a team and success is celebrated across age, gender and ability groups. We gratefully accept donations or fundraising efforts especially those that include the swimmers efforts in and out of the pool, from the silly to the outrageous stay safe but help us continue our healthy and controlled expansion. In the longer term we would love to assist the City of Exeter in developing a swimming facility with an ASA competition approved 50m pool, in the short term we are looking to fund and secure more pool time, improve our training equipment, and are currently looking to employ a full time assistant coach to assist our diverse range of swimmers and abilities.

Please donate to support our cause. The first priority of CALICO is to alleviate any financial hardship that may be experienced by a family of a child suffering from cancer or leukaemia. Financial stress commonly arises, as one parent will inevitably give up their employment to nurse the child, thus putting a strain on the domestic budget together with incurring additional expenses such as heating, telephone, travel and accommodation. Essential equipment is provided by CALICO for the Oncology Ward at Royal Aberdeen Children’s Hospital and CALICO also provides toys, games etc. for the outpatients department. Requests from other relevant departments are also considered and from time to time, a donation is made to the local Leukaemia Research Fund. CALICO is a charity which raises funds locally and uses these funds locally. Charity No: SCO05795

The Charity was established because of the personal experiences of its founder, Lisa Whitehouse-Foskett, during her visits to Nepal and seeing first hand the desires of the children for learning. The Charity aims to provide not only improved school buildings, teaching materials and sports equipment but also, to be able to provide grants and scholarships to enable students to continue their education. The Charity's first project is the Budhha Primary School, located in a remote mountain village called Vittakhaka, east Nepal, where 52 pupils aged between 5 and 12years, are being assisted with their education. Every pound raised will help enormously, for example £1 will buy 10 text books and £15 a school uniform. Your money really does make a huge difference. Watch our short film on YouTube by typing in: CFENC UK Charity The film highlights the work we are doing in Nepal and is typical of the many schools & children that require help. From ourselves and the children, Dhanibat. (Thank You).
