We have worked extensively with people of all ages including those with disabilities, behavioural problems and issues of exclusion, to raise awareness of difficult subjects, to make history come to life and to ensure that valuable research and memories are recorded for posterity. Some of our programmes have focussed on older people, particularly in oral history and ICT training, but many have been intergenerational. We also provide day opportunities for older people under the banner of ENGAge (our sister organisation - www.engagesoutheast.org.uk), through our TN22 Clubs in Hadlow Down and at venues throughout East Sussex and Kent. In 2014 we delivered the Swift Project (www.swiftproject.org) which supported self-employment and entrepreneurial opportunities for women by enhancing their digital skills and enabling them to take advantage of faster and more reliable broadband, particularly in rural areas. Over 40 women signed up to access the part-time training and support funded by the Government Equalities Office and run in partnership by ESCC, Sound Architect and MDHUB - a peer to peer business growth network for Managing Directors.

In 2010 Coggeshall Scouts & Guides are hoping to move to a new headquarters built in partnership with Honywood Community Science School. We are asking for your support to help raise our share of the costs associated with the build and fit-out of the building. This new building will provide a purpose built space for Scouts and Guides for many years to come. We currently have waiting lists for all our sections, however, the new building is 75% larger than our current HQ and will enable us to meet the demand which at present means not all youngsters in Coggeshall can have the opportunity to be Scouts or Guides. So far between ourselves and the School we have raised £390,000 and with the sale of our existing building and land will be close to the sum we need to complete the build and fit out. We are now asking for your help to reach our target and offering you the chance to be permanently recognised in the new HQ. Donate £250 and above to become a Patron of Coggeshall Scouts & Guides. • Your name will be included on the Patrons board which will be errected in the new HQ as a permanent record of all our Patrons • Certificate of Thanks • Invitation to the Patrons Opening Ceremony Donate from £1 to £249 to become a Supporter of Coggeshall Scouts & Guides. In recognition of your support: • Name on the Supporters section of our web-site • Inclusion in the Supporters Register which will be kept in th new HQ Please can you help us?
