The Reggie Gadsby Foundation works by providing grants and donations to individuals and other charities. These funds are awarded based on individual need assessed through a comprehensive needs assessment process. We evaluate the financial need and individual circumstances before awarding any grant or donation. In the case of charitable organisations they must be aligned with our own purpose of relieving mental and physical illness and be providing eligible services to appropriate individuals.
The Manx Stroke Foundation is an Isle of Man registered charity formed in 1997 by a small group of health professionals who recognised the need for a support group for those affected by stroke. The overall aim of the Foundation is to help and support people after stroke. We identify new initiatives in stroke care and campaign to improve stroke services on the Isle of Man. We are also dedicated to raising awareness of stroke and its risk factors so that strokes can be prevented.

Friends of Chelsea Children's Hospital School provide an enriching experience for young people in hospital, supporting the work of the Chelsea Community Hospital School. We support the work of the school in a number of different ways. Our funding keeps the school open 50 weeks of the year and and pays for a youth club, so children and young people have access to stimulating activities all year round. Our funding enables the school to work with post-16 students who have often spent prolonged periods of time in hospital and require continual support and guidance. Our funding provides a range of theraputic and enriching programmes such as art therapy, swimming and horse-riding and our award-winning arts programme - things which are so important to the development of children with medical or mental health conditions and which help children deal with difficult feelings associated with illness and hospital admissions.
