We coordinate projects working with young people experiencing social isolation, discrimination and fewer opportunities. The Big Music Project enables young people to develop skills in the creative industries and Trans*Form Cymru supports transgender young people to develop confidence and positive support networks . We offer funding for young people to run their own social action projects, organise events which bring together young people from across Wales and provide opportunities to recognise and celebrate the achievements of young people.
