Our award winning group activities project, started in 2007, provides physical activities promoting healthy lifestyles. In 2010 we started a one-to-one lifestyle coaching service whereby people are supported to identify their personal goals and encouraged to achieve them, leading to increased social inclusion. We also provide practical mental wellbeing support through peer mentoring, courses, volunteering opportunities and support groups. Our proven services are available for people with severe mental illness by referral from Secondary Mental Health Services. In 2012 we started providing support to people with mild to moderate mental health issues and in 2013 commenced working in local communities.
