From then until now it has continued to offer a range of adventurous training activities to young people (13 to 19) within the Chesterfield and surrounding area. The Squadron has a current membership of around 120 cadets who attend twice weekly. Activities include regular outdoor camps, a full range of sports, climbing, flying, gliding, archery, shooting, band, first aid, military drill and the Duke of Edinburgh Awards scheme.
