Aberdyfi Search & Rescue Team provide a Search and Rescue service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in wild and remote locations throughout South Snowdonia and Mid Wales. Aberdyfi SaRT is made up of a dedicated team of volunteers and entirely funded by charitable donations. Our team members come from a wide variety of backgrounds, such as Artists, Mountain Instructors, Engineers and Scientists to name a few. The SCOLIOSIS CAMPAIGN FUND raises money for people with scoliosis - abnormal twisting and curving of the spine. SCF is the joint fundraising arm of the SCOLIOSIS ASSOCIATION (UK) (SAUK) and the BRITISH SCOLIOSIS RESEARCH FOUNDATION (BSRF).  SAUK and BSRF are the only national charities in the UK working to help people with scoliosis.   Every penny SCF raises goes towards helping to support people with the condition as well as funding research into the causes and treatment of scoliosis.
