Our aims are to provide relief of mental and emotional distress to residents on Merseyside through group and/or one to one counselling sessions. Our services are delivered by qualified counsellors. We are the only UK organisation to provide a specialised bespoke counselling service using the structured Morris 21 Step Survivor to Thriver Recovery Programme. The Survivor to Thriver programme is offered to both men and women aged eighteen and over who are assessed as being able to engage in group and one to one therapy sessions.
