We exist to give a lifetime of support to the wider Army family, regardless of where or when a soldier served. We act swiftly and efficiently in providing support in the form of grants to those who find themselves in real need. We also provide grants to charities who support the wider Army family.
There are at least three epilepsy-related deaths a day in the UK. The majority are Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy (SUDEP). We care for the bereaved and work with families and professionals to make change. Using research and awareness, we strive to get the answers that will save lives.
SUDC UK is a charity co-founded by three bereaved mothers to focus on the ‘why’ so we can better understand the cause(s) and help prevent the sudden unexplained death of children in the future. SUDC UK is dedicated to increasing awareness in the UK and funding crucial research. Hope for HH-UK raises money to help patients and caregivers who deal with this epileptic brain lesion and its often catastrophic symptoms. We are an entirely volunteer-run charity and so every penny raised goes directly to funding essential research or helping families. We have worked closely with Great Ormond Street Hospital to help bring stereotactic laser ablation to the UK and work with professors of medicine as well as other small charities to raise awareness of this and other rare epilepsies.
We exist to meet the needs and break the isolation of those bereaved by the suicide of a close relative or friend. Many of those helping have, themselves, been bereaved by suicide.

If U Care Share Foundation was founded in memory of Daniel OHare who in 2005, at the age of 19, took his own life without any warning. His family created this organisation as a lasting tribute to Daniel but also in the hope that they can prevent at least one family from suffering a similar experience to theirs.
