We independently fundraise to help provide local solutions to specific programs that may arise from the core work that our parent organisation greenforce undertakes. For example an ongoing Greenforce run project may include the construction of a school or a clinic. However there may be an ongoing requirement to fund a teacher or medic to staff the school or clinic that greenforce has built. This is where The Greenforce Foundation steps in, providing vital ongoing support.

The charity arm runs our successful Get Employed programme, where young people receive 1:1 mentoring, attend CV and employability skills workshops, and get access to our network of corporate employers. However, we notice that many young people struggle to get into work because they don't have work experience. To combat this, our social enterprise is a streetwear store that serves as a training ground for young people and reinvests all profits back into the charity. Everything bought from our stores and website helps a young person into work.

The impact on each person can be devastating causing many issues which can lead them to misusing substances, suffering with eating disorders, mental health issues and much more.
