The Daily Express has launched an appeal to help raise funds for Marina Hainey, who has been denied life-saving cancer treatment on the NHS because the Government says the drugs are too expensive. She needs to raise at least £30,000 to be able to start on a private course of Avastin, the best available drug for her liver cancer. All funds will be administered by The Daily Express.
