We are dedicated to improving the lives of disadvantaged people in Wiltshire & Swindon. We support the voluntary sector in our county by working with donors who are interested in supporting their local community. We give grants to groups and individuals - during 2012/13 we distributed £770k.
Parents alongside professionals founded L.A.N.D.a support group that will spread awareness and help patients and families affected by neuromuscular diseases. L.A.N.D. is the voice of compassion and hope for families whose needs extend beyond medical care.

We have Centres in Lostwithiel and Scorrier where we offer activity/support groups on a weekly basis. Drop-in facilities are also available at these centres.
We’re a small heritage centre on North Shields Fish Quay, with a café, shop, heritage gallery and community space, run by the community for the community. We have a small number of staff, a board of trustees, almost 200 volunteers and 450 members. Our exhibitions and events are delivered by our volunteers and members who have a passion for telling the story of North Shields and its Fish Quay and for helping others to understand and enjoy our amazing coastal area and its wildlife. Since 2015 we have become a thriving community hub. We have brought life back to the oldest surviving building on the Fish Quay and have welcomed well over 160,000 visitors through our doors. During that time we have delivered 220 community events and almost 30 exhibitions.
