Tang Hall Employment is a charity providing employabilty support in York UK, for people facing significant barriers to finding employment. We focus on supporting employment for people either with long term experience of addiction/mental health (in particular where this has led to homelessness) - or where a person has a learning disability.
The Hall has had no insulation since it was built in 1925, by 3 local ladies. As the towns oldest hall it is well loved and well used. With your help we aim to improve the building to warm, accessible and energy efficient standards for all the community to enjoy by its 100th birthday in 2025.

We meet every Thursday at Knightsbridge Barracks in central London, and run two riding sessions - helping up to 10 disabled adults each week. We are the only RDA group in central London providing equine opportunities for adults. Our sessions are focused on fun, and our participant riders learn to ride whilst forming relationships with horses and volunteers alike.
