The Hub will be an open and accessible facility for the Skipton and Craven community for both sporting and non-sporting activities. We support and promote healthy living whilst upholding the principle of inclusion. It is also the clubhouse for both Skipton Cricket Club and Skipton Juniors FC.
We are a Childrens Respite centre and provide a holistic service, supporting both child and family, in a home from home environment for children, male and female, with Autism, intellectual disability or physical and sensory disabilities. The children range in age from 6-18yrs, based in Co Louth.
Shahbag Jamia Madrasha and Orphanage centre is a well known islamic institution established 1975 in Bangladesh. This islamic institution provides religious education from the basic to the highest level of hadeeth also run an orphan centre which provides free education and boarding for orphans.
Paws on Plastic encourages dog owners to pick up a few bits of litter on walks to protect animals, communities & our precious environment. If we all do a little, it adds up to a huge amount, when areas are clean, less litter is dropped. It's a simple positive action which is great for mental health.
We are a local charity run by volunteers & affiliated to the National Deaf Children’s Society. We rely on our fundraisers to enable us to organise activities and events to help raise the children’s self esteem and provide a network of support to families with Deaf Children in the local area.
We are raising money for Drummond School through Amelia's Young Highlander Awards. The money raised will go towards enhancing the outdoor play experiences for young people with complex needs, as well as supporting the delivery of multisensory play and learning opportunities across the school.

DIR CRBI was founded in 1995 following a tragic sailing accident & became a declared resource to the Coastguard in 2002. We have numerous callouts each year and assist the Coastguard in search and recovery operations. We also cover triathlons, regattas & visit schools giving talks on safety at sea.
We are a community of people from very different backgrounds and localities who are seeking to live intentionally, using stillness, silence and creativity to connect with God and be resourced to weave hope into everyday life and lives. To help us do this we live to a Rule (or Rhythm) of life and share prayers in our Daily Office (prayers at certain times throughout the day).
THE AMENITIES FUND WAS STARTED IN 1993 AND SO FAR HAS PURCHASED ACCESSIBLE VEHICLES WHICH HAS ENABLED THE SERVICE USERS TO ACCESS THE COMMUNITY ON A DAILY BASIS. WE HAVE ALSO RAISED FUNDS FOR A FULLY EQUIPPED SENSORY ROOM, SENSORY GARDEN AND VARIOUS OTHER PROJECTS WHICH ENHANCE THE LIVES OF OUR RESIDENTS AND CLIENTS THROUGHOUT THE ORGANISATION. IT ALSO ALLOWS US TO PURCHASE A VARIETY OF CHRISTMAS GIFTS FOR BOTH RESIDENTS AND SERVICE USERS TO MAKE IT EXTRA SPECIAL.
MAITS is a charity providing international training and support to the disability and mental health sectors in low and middle income countries. Therapists and special educators volunteer their time to share their expertise with organisations in their own country or abroad. MAITS provides grants to assist with travel and accommodation costs, both to the trainers and to trainees (criteria apply). In addition to facilitating face-to-face training, MAITS has an ongoing programme of resource development, designing tools that assist in the support and inclusion of individuals with particular needs, whether it be at home, school or elsewhere in the community, in low-resource settings. Cycling Without Age Teignbridge offers volunteer led cycle rides to the elderly and vulnerable in the Teignbridge area of Devon. These cycle rides enable our clients to once again "feel the wind in their hair", helping to combat feelings of loneliness, isolation and depression.
Dalton Leisure Centre is an essential asset to the local community providing activities such as swimming, fitness classes, squash, spinning classes and gym workouts. It is a social hub of the area where people of all age groups can exercise or just meet in our cafe all within a safe environment.
