With the help of the centre’s animals and highly trained and dedicated staff, The Luccombe Hub promotes positive changes for the young person through a therapeutic and nurturing approach to learning.

We are linked to the Next Steps Poject which supports our leavers at 16 up until they are 25 years old. We provide fortnightly evening groups, regular activities and workshops, support in all secondary schools in Southampton as well as offering residentials to give our service users that all important break from their caring roles. We have been told we are a vital lifeline of support for our service users.
