The City of Plymouth Children Fund was set up in 1961 with the aim to work with less advantaged children, particularly those who have suffered hardship or differculties and offer them a free of charge holiday. In addition we provide halloween and Christmas parties as well as day trips when funds permit. The Holiday allows the children a chance to have a week away packed with fun, new experiences and a chance to form friendships. For some it is the first chance to gain some independence and for others the oppotunity to have a week of being just a child without the responsablities they may have at home. The charity is run purely by volunteers so your donation will 100% go to the children. If you want to know more about us visit our website www.cpcf.org.uk or email our fundraising co-ordinator [email protected] Whatever you can donate large or small, it WILL make a difference to a child in the Plymouth area which is just waiting for this chance, so Thank You from the bottoms of our hearts.
