To maintain a strictly confidential service. To support women in whatever decision they make regarding their future, whether they decide to return to their partners or whether they decide to set up independently.

Mataroa School was established in 1900 and was opened in a disused surveyor's whare on the bank of the Hautapu River, 2 years later a new school at Mataroa was built on the present site. We are a two teacher primary school (Year 1-8) located in a rural area 10 km North West of Taihape.
