(UK, 1044353) Norfolk SEN Network helps parents of children with special educational needs and young people with special needs (16 to 25) to battle through the maze of having their child's needs/young persons needs assessed and to find the provision or placement which will meet those educational needs and help them progress to the best of their ability. Norfolk SEN Network holds training days to help parents understand how child's needs are assessed, how to ensure their Education and Health Care Plan meets those needs and to find the right placement to meet their needs. The charity receives no statutory funding and has to raise all its own funds in supporting parents and young people to reach their potential.
