This project trains women to acquire skills in knitting, sewing as well as football stitching.The objective of this livelihood programme is to facilitate poor women to generate sustainable forms of income; every six months 100+ women will benefit from this training scheme. At end of each training session each poor women will be given a gift of a sewing with the support of its generous donors.This programme will change many lives of many families in terms of providing income generation support. We aim to support 200 women over the year SWRFN Charitable organisation was set up in 2017 with a vision of supporting educational projects, both locally and overseas. We wish for all children to have the best start in life, with an opportunity to become successful learners, confident individuals and responsible citizens. 9th Winchester Scouts provide scouting for boys and girls in and around Colden Common, Twyford and Owslebury in Hampshire. We are a thriving group with 1 Beavers Colony, 2 Cub Packs,1 Scout Troop and 1 Explorer unit. Our fundraising efforts are used to provide equipment, support expeditions, attendance at World Jamborees, amongst many other things.We are currently collecting to help fund several of our Scouts, Explorer Scouts and leaders to attend the 2015 World Scout Jamboree in Japan. Warwickshire Hearts began as a joint venture between Warwick District Community First Responders, Evelyn's Gift Charity and Waterside Medical Centre in Leamington Spa to help improve Sudden Cardiac Arrest Survival rates in South Warwickshire by providing free CPR and Defibrillator training to the community. Together we have trained over 5100 people in a three year period. Warwickshire Hearts is now a Charity in its own right and also encompasses the provision of voluntary 999 Community First Responders (CFRs) on behalf of West Midlands Ambulance Service in South Warwickshire, including the towns of Warwick, Kenilworth, Royal Leamington Spa and Stratford upon Avon. We attend around 400 emergency calls a year.We are entirely a voluntary organisation and have no paid staff. We receive no public funding or funding from West Midlands Ambulance Service (WMAS) other than provision of some training and consumables.We operate a radio controlled response car and have 20 operational CFRs equipped with defibrillators and advanced first aid equipment. We are despatched to calls by WMAS Emergency Operations Centre. All of this is provided by fundraising.Please donate to support our cause.
