By doing so we aim to help people find ways of coping with their distress or dispair without choosing to die by suicide. We make our support available in many ways, including by telephone, email, letter, face to face, SMS texting, in prisons, in schools. Our outreach team are in regular demand meeting and giving talks to many local organisations, schools and colleges on request.
