Treasures of Darkness seeks to reach those sold into modern day slavery. We are in partnership with two projects. One of these rescues children who are being sold into slavery in West Africa on the cocoa plantations that produce much of our chocolate. The other works in Cambodia rescuing young girls sold into prostitution, especially among the Vietnamese refugees. We welcome regular donations for these projects and also encourage the giving a piece of auctionable jewellery, or some other "treasure" which can be sold to buy the freedom of someone in desperate need, who is at risk of slavery, hence our strap line "Sell your chains to break theirs".
