Going away on camp is an essential part of scouting, and Summer Camp is the highlight of the year. We’re very lucky to have an expert group of talented and enthusiastic leaders. Our leaders have youth on their side, which is a great bonus. However, it does mean that hiring a safe mini bus is getting more and more difficult for us to do. We have just about managed this for 2017, but it won’t be possible next year.If we are going to be able to take the young people away on Summer Camp 2018 and in the future, we need to buy a bus by July 2018. Please help us to raise the money to buy a minibus for our troop – we’ll use it for camp, and lots of other things too. Donating here is easy, quick and gift-aid friendly - your donation will make a difference to all our young people.A huge THANK YOU from all the Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Explorers, leaders, young leaders and parents at the 11th/9th Cambridge Scout Group.
