(UK, 1173729) The Forget Me Nots was born in 2013 from an idea and a will to ensure that no Carer, loved one, friend or family member of someone living with Dementia in and around Crawley would ever feel alone; alone with the enormity of the diagnosis, alone with the pain of watching a person disappear, alone with the guilt of not being able to "cope" and finally alone when the end comes. The Forget Me Not Club exists to provide friendship, help, advice and a hand to hold when needed.
