This will provide 10 ensuite inpatient beds offering local specialist palliative and end life care for patients with life limiting illnesses, and their families. We will also offer therapy, day services and out patient facilities. The service will incorporate the existing Hampshire Hospitals Home Care Support Team, who currently provide care at home for patients at the end of their life, and will enable a new Hospice at Home service to provide overnight care and support for those most in need in the Winchester area.
