We are an Arts Centre supporting emerging artists from all practices to reach their potential. We share our stunning building with Crisis Skylight and offer homeless people the chance to develop confidence and skills in our shop, gallery, theatre and studios.
Crossroads Care in Greater Manchester is a registered charity providing practical and emotional support to people who are caring for children, young adults, adults or older people, who have a physical/sensory disability, learning difficulty, who are chronically ill or have life limiting illnesses.
It assists the Mara Rianda School (which currently has approximately 500 pupils) and the immediate local community in the Mara Rianda, Maasai Mara, Kenya by providing the school with resources, providing bursary's for secondary education, assisting in the funding of its teaching staff and helping to provide fresh clean drinking water.
Our classes and performing company enable older people to create and perform contemporary dance – work that engages, entertains and captures the imagination. With professional choreographers we explore artistic expression by older people and reach out to disadvantaged groups to participate.
