Mashi also pays for medication, basic health care and support for children whose families are unable to cover the costs. Mashi works in both rural and urban areas of Ecuador, in partnership with local people and communities. Wapa-Wapa jewellery company is committed to helping fund the work of the Mashi Foundaiton through the sale of the Tagua Nut jewellery it makes. The Tagua nut comes from the rainforests of South America and is a sustainable, ethical and an eco-friendly resource. In buying the jewellery, you will be supporting the work of the Mashi Foundation.
