Samaritans vision is that fewer people die by suicide. Its our mission to alleviate emotional distress and help reduce the number of callers experiencing suicidal feelings and behaviour. We support our callers 24/7 and are committed to helping people to make their own decisions. We don't judge. We talk to callers on the telephone, by email and face2face visits (suspended currently due to COVID 19).
The ELRPS has been in existence for over 50 years, and has recently become a Company Limited by Guarantee. With a membership of 3,500 like-minded individuals who have a passion for heritage railways, the Society is managed by a board of unpaid volunteer directors. Any surplus made by the ELRPS Ltd is re-invested in infrastructure projects to support the continued development the East Lancashire Railway.

WWiN are a feminist charity, based in Sunderland, Washington, and the Coalfields, established in 1983. WWiN have 2 refuges and an outreach team supporting adults and children who are experiencing and/or fleeing domestic violence and abuse. WWiN operate a 24/7 helpline and provide training.
Faith Welfare Trust (FWT) is a Christian charity set up in 1987. We run 2 care homes for deprived children near Chennai, S. India (one for boys and one for girls) and a school providing free places for over 300 needy children in Andhra Pradesh.
We work tirelessly to build schools and support education in some of the poorest parts of Africa. We are run entirely by volunteers and our annual HEROES RUN event covers all our annual core costs. This means that 100% of the money you donate goes straight to our education projects. Thank You!

Shepreth Wildlife Conservation Charity was established in 2011 to help fundraise for important work both home and abroad. The organisation raises funds and educates visitors about species which are threatened with extinction, and also plays a major role in funding the Shepreth Hedgehog Hospital.

We are an independent and entirely volunteer-run charity organising social activities for adults with learning disabilities. The Gettaway Club was established as a Mencap Gateway club in Nottingham 60 years ago. We hold weekly evening sessions and seasonal day trips at the weekends.
Boxted School Association (BSA) is a parent teacher association set up to advance the education of pupils at Boxted St Peters school. The BSA raise funds for the school by organising events for the children and the local community to enjoy. The funds we raise go towards additional learning resources/initiatives which advance the children's education. We are currently helping to raise funds for a long term project to build a forest school lodge.
