Chorley Youth Zone, named by young people as ‘Inspire’, will be a purpose-built facility for the borough’s young people aged 8 to 19, and up to 25 for those with disabilities. The Youth Zone will be located on Railway Street, where The Arts Partnership and Leigh Arms currently stands and is expected to be completed in 2018. This infrastructure of facilities is based upon OnSide Youth Zones 21st Century Youth Facility Model and young people from across Chorley will have access to all these fantastic facilities for a cost of £5 for an annual membership and 50p per visit. The Youth Zone will provide a safe environment where young people can come and enjoy themselves and will enable young people to raise their aspirations and confidence to create a happier and healthier generation.

We offer people in Scotland living with cancer, a 5 night free of charge break at this beautiful lodge, providing much needed rest and relaxation. Islington has some shocking statistics: the second highest level of child poverty in London and the fourth in England, the lowest life expectancy for men in London, and the highest level of depression and mental ill health in London. Islington Giving is a campaign asking residents and businesses to give what they can, be it money or time, to make a real difference to the community and people’s lives.  To date, Islington Giving has supported over 40 projects which address our three key themes; Investing in Young People, Tackling Poverty and Confronting Isolation. CVYP provides a diverse selection of activities and outdoor challenges, like canoeing, kayaking, hill walking, rock climbing, mountain biking and football. CVYP also operates the Duke of Edinburgh Awards, John Muir Awards, The Prince's Trust programme, Employment Skills, support and advice, to name but a few. Weekly sessions include; 2 Junior and Intermediate sessions that focuses on early intervention, music, arts and crafts, sport and recreation. A sexual health and information outlet. Young carers group that engages with a range of needs, Additional needs drop-in for seniors, and juniors, Junior and senior additional needs holiday programme that all offer multiple activity and accredited programmes. Preparing young people for adulthood, independent living and employment.
