Unfortunately there are a lot of local Central Coast residents who do not have a permanent home or bed to sleep in. They have to sleep on the street, in a park or car, or sleep on a friend’s couch. For many it’s circumstances beyond their control - sudden and unexpected job loss, domestic violence or mental health issues are just some of the problems we see daily. Coast Shelter provides support services including accommodation and over 50,000 meals every year. The money raised from these events will go to provide assistance to many hundreds of Central Coast people in need. For more information please visit our website www.coastshelter.org.au
